The continuation of the boom in the stock market remains intact. On Tuesday, open market with fast. The two major indices of the market open with the Sensex and the Nifty edge.
The arrival of the NDA Government in the country has got accelerated in the stock market. The Sensex, based on the shares of BSE 31 companies, opened at 387.63 points (0.10%) at 39,721.92. On the other hand, the Sensex based Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) of 50 companies opened at 11,958.35, with a rise of 33.60 points (0.28%).
On Monday, the Sensex climbed 248.57 points, or 0.63%, to close at 39,683.29, while the Nifty climbed 80.65 points, or 0.68%, to close at record 11,924.75.
In the initial business, the shares of 20 companies on BSE were trading on the green mark and 10 shares of the companies were on the red mark. However, selling of 32 companies on NSE and shares of 17 companies were recorded.
At 9.24 am, the Sensex was trading at 39,764.55 with a gain of 81.26 points (0.20%), while the Nifty was trading at 11,940.20 with a rise of 15.45 points (0.13%).
Edge in these stocks
Yas Bank's stock was up 3.17 per cent, Vedanta LIC 3.07 per cent, Coal India at 1.70 per cent, Sun Pharma 1.40 per cent and Tata Steel 1.22 per cent higher. On the NSE, Tata Steel's share was up 5.80 per cent, Yes Bank 3.93 per cent, IOC 3.38 per cent, NTPC 3.37 per cent and L & T at 3.20 per cent.
Fall in these stocks
Among HDFC's shares, 1.51% in SBI, 1.20% in SBI, 0.86% in Bharti Airtel, 0.81% in Hero MotoCorp and 0.57% in Bajaj Finance's share. On the NSE, GLL's stock was up 4.47 per cent, IndusInd Bank's 2 per cent, Reliance at 1.77 per cent, Tech Mahindra at 1.19 per cent and Bharti Airtel's share declined 1.19 per cent.
