Apple AirPods 2 to release on March 25 with new design, features: Report

Undertone for prices of spices bearish; technical bounce back possible

After a significant fall, a technical bounce cannot be ruled out, but the undertone for the spice complex remains bearish amid the peak arrival period ahead. Harvesting of rabi crops has sped up this month and arrival pressures (at mandis) are building gradually across market yards in India. Accordingly, prices of many rabi commodities have plunged citing pressure during the peak arrival period (March-April). Spices, in particular, have been trending lower for the past one month with turmeric losing around 7% while the falls in jeera and coriander were off 10-12%. Harvesting of jeera has been delayed due to late sowing. Arrivals in February may be around 1-1.25 lakh bags (1 bag=55kg) this season compared to approximately 4 lakh bags in the corresponding period last year. PNB Gilts rises 15% as co posted profit in Q3

Revenue was up at Rs 202 crore against Rs 44 crore. PNB Gilts shares rose 16 percent intraday Thursday after the company reported a net profit in the quarter ended December 2018. It has posted a profit of Rs 93.3 crore in Q3FY19 against loss of Rs 36 crore, YoY. Revenue was up at Rs 202 crore against Rs 44 crore. The share touched its 52-week high Rs 40.40 and 52-week low Rs 24.00 on 09 April 2018 and 01 October 2018, respectively. Currently, it is trading 24.38 percent below its 52-week high and 27.29 percent above its 52-week low. At 14:30 hrs PNB Gilts was quoting at Rs 32.65, up Rs 3.30, or 11.24 percent on the BSE. कंपनियों के खराब तिमाही नतीजों के कारण सोमवार को बाजार में छाई बिकवाली से बंबई स्टॉक एक्सचेंज का बीएसई 368 अंकों की बड़ी गिरावट के साथ 35656 अंकों पर बंद हुआ। सुबह हरे निशान में शुरुआत के बाद जैसे-जैसे कंपनियों के तिमाही नतीजे आने शुरु हुए, वैसे ही बीएसई में गिरावट का दौर शुरू हो गया। शुरुआती की बढ़त को छोड़ दें तो बाजार सेंसेक्स में दिनभर लाल निशान में कारोबार चला और अंत में 1.02 फीसदी की गिरावट के साथ बंद हुआ।  बीएसई मिडकैप 270 और स्मॉलकैप 278 अंकों की गिरावट के साथ लाल निशान में बंद हुए। आईटी और टेक को छोड़कर सभी सेक्टोरियल इंडेक्स लाल निशान के साथ गिरावट में बंद हुए। 10,700 से नीचे आया निफ्टी नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज का एनएसई भी बिकवाली के कारण फिसल गया और 119 अंकों की गिरावट के साथ 10,700 अंकों के स्तर से गिरकर 10,661 अंकों पर बंद हुआ। 50 शेयरों के संवेदी सूचकांक निफ्टी में 14 शेयर हरे और 36 शेयर लाल निशान में बंद हुए। सेक्टोरियल इंडेक्स की बात की जाए तो निफ्टी में आईटी और मीडिया को छोड़कर सभी सेक्टर लाल निशान में बंद रहे।  इन शेयरों में रही तेजी बीएसई में...
